Before you start
Prepare your Revit 3D view
Revit views are accurate but rarely presentation-ready, and a full render setup takes time you do not have at every design review. Export the 3D view you already have, describe the finishes and the mood, and iterate on the image in RenderChat while the model stays in Revit.
Clean the view
Hide levels, annotation, the section box and the crop region. Turn on Sun and Shadows in the view control bar for a light-direction cue.
