Referral Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the RenderChat referral program, including the customer referral track and the creator/partner (KOL) track. By sharing a referral link or submitting a partner application you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. How rewards work

• Rewards settle only when a referred user completes a paid subscription invoice. Free trials, zero-value invoices, and unpaid signups do not settle rewards on their own.
• Customer-track rewards are granted as in-app credits or bonus render quota, as configured at the time of settlement. Partner-track commissions are a fixed amount per converted subscriber, as agreed at approval, and become payable after a refund-safe holding period.
• Partner commissions are paid monthly via PayPal to the address on your application, once your payable balance exceeds the payout threshold.
• Rewards and commissions have no cash value except as expressly stated, are non-transferable, and may be withheld, reversed, or adjusted for refunded, disputed, or fraudulent subscriptions.

2. Eligibility and fair use

• We may set eligibility requirements for the customer track (for example an active paid plan or minimum account history) and may approve or decline partner applications at our discretion.
• Self-referral is prohibited: creating additional accounts, referring yourself or your own organization, or interfering with attribution (including manipulating tracking parameters) will void rewards.
• Referral links must not be promoted through spam, misleading claims, paid search on our brand terms, coupon/deal impersonation, or any unlawful channel.

3. Program changes

• We may modify reward amounts, thresholds, holding periods, or eligibility rules at any time; changes apply to conversions settled after the change.
• We may suspend or end the program, a campaign, or an individual's participation at any time for abuse, at which point unsettled rewards may be forfeited. Amounts already payable for legitimate conversions will be paid out.
